In April of 2004 Rick Garcia Construction
Company (RGCC) and
Flores & Lund Consulting
(FLC) joined together to
form the “RGCC Design
Team.” With more than 30
years experience as a
civil and structural
engineer, the FLC team
has more then two
decades experience in
everything from site and
building structures,
civil engineering sites
and parks. Ray Flores
has teamed with RGCC on
numerous construction
projects and structural
design challenges.
With the increasing threat to government and
military installations,
FLC has been awarded
many projects for
its
“anti-terrorist”
designs. With more than
10 years experience in
anti-terrorist design
the FLC team has been
awarded many projects
based on “Best Value.”
For more than 20 years,
Rick Garcia has been
privileged to have
worked with Ray Flores
and this team on many
occasions and consider
him an immense part to
the RGCC
Design Team.
